Welcome to Evo Vibe Up. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our personal development courses provided by Evo Vibe Up, located at Rathausplatz 1, 3011 Bern, Switzerland. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with these Terms effective as of 2025.

1. Course Enrollment and Payment

To enroll in our courses, you must complete the enrollment form accessible via contact form. All course fees are due upon registration. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as indicated on the form.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our courses. If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please notify us in writing.

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Full refund if cancellation request is submitted at least 14 days before the course start date.
50% refund if cancellation request is submitted between 7 to 13 days before the course start date.
No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date or after the course has begun.

2.2 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid cancellation request. All refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

2.3 Non-Refundable Fees

Administrative fees of CHF 50 and promotional discounts applied during enrollment are non-refundable.

3. Course Content and Materials

All course materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital resources, are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may use these materials only for personal development and must not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the course content and materials remain with Evo Vibe Up. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Liability

Evo Vibe Up and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your enrollment. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the amount you have paid for the course.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the use of your data for course administration and communication purposes.
